To meet the deadline of holding district councils by November 25, BNP leaders are busy in sorting out differences over the formation of committees to hold councils and elect regular committees at union, ward, upazila, city and district levels.
According to party announcement, BNP is scheduled to hold its national council on December 8 and the district units are advices to complete their councils by sed November 25.
Party joint secretaries assigned for organising different district units are holding regular meetings with local leaders to settle the disputes relating to formation of convening committees. [Read more]
