Speakers at a youth convention yesterday in the city emphasised the need for making Parliament more effective to eradicate corruption from the country.
Addressing the youth convention of Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, they said that corruption spreads at all levels in the country including the government offices.
They said corruption is directly linked with human rights violation and implementation of human rights is not possible without eradication of corruption. [Read more]
