CHITTAGONG , July 28 (UNB): Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society stunned Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra beating them by 2-0 goals in the opening 2nd round match of the JB Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football at MA Aziz Stadium here on Thursday.  
After a barren first half, Rahmatganj midfielder Mehbub Hasan Nayon broke the deadlock in the 76th minute by a quick counter attack deceiving Sheikh Russel goalie Rasel Mahmud Liton by a powerful right footer from the top of the box, off a Congo forward Siyo Zunapio pass (1-0).
Defender Alauddin doubled the led for Rahmatganj MFS in the 88th minute by a volley shot from danger zone when Faysal Ahmed corner came his way from a rebound-header of Sheikh Russel midfielder Monaem Khan Raju (2-0).
Earlier in the 18th minute, Mintu Sheikh failed to put SK Russel KC ahead as his left footer shot from the top of the six yard box went over the crosspiece, off a cross of forward Paul Emile of Cameroon from left flank.
Sk Russel midfielder Sheikh Alamgir Kabir Rana's right footed attempt from the top of the six yard box in the 30th minute went out edging the left post, off a forward Paul Emile cross from right flank.

By virtue of the day's well -merited victory, Rahmatganj MFS remained unbeaten collecting four points from two matches after making 1-1 draw with Dhaka  Mohammedan SC in their first match.
Former champions Sheikh Russel KC yet to open the account after playing two matches as they lost 0-1 to new comer Uttara Baridhara Club in the first match.   .
