The Supreme Court (SC) yesterday ordered to the authorities to interrogate former BNP state minister for home Lutfozzaman Babar at Dhaka Central Jail gate dismissing government appeal against High Court rule ordering to do so in August 21 grenade attack case.
A four-member bench of Appellate Division of SC, headed by Justice Mohammad Fazlul Karim, passed the order.
Earlier on October 28, the High Court (HC) ordered the authorities to interrogate Babar at the jail gate in the case. [Read more]
