Bouncing back from last week’s negative trend the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) yesterday hit a new record of market capitalisation, crossing Tk 1.0 trillion-mark being backed by the debut trading of First Security Bank with market capitalisation of Tk 2.3 billion.
The market capitalisation rose to Tk 1.009 trillion yesterday from last day’s Tk 995 billion. The previous highest record of market capitalisation was Tk 999 billion on September 10 this year.
