3 DU students expelled

Three activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), student wing of BNP, were temporarily expelled from Dhaka University for manhandling a journalist on May 20.
The University authority took the decision at a Syndicate meeting yesterday.
A fact-finding committee headed by Treasurer Prof Syed Abul Kalam Azad along with two members Prof Sadeka Halim and Prof Rafiqul Islam was formed in this connection. The committee was asked to submit report by 15 days. [Read more]
