Students of Rajshahi University (RU) announced a non-violent, non-cooperation movement from yesterday. They continued to stage silent demonstrations demanding the unconditional release of all detained students and employees accused of August campus violence.
RU Chhatra League demanded the resignation of RU Vice Chancellor accusing him of irresponsibility.
The Students against Repression (Nirjatan Birodhi Chhatra) and Students against Authoritarianism (Kortitto Birodhi Chhatra) demanded unconditional release of all the detainees and staged silent demonstration from 11:00am to 2:00pm. [Read more]
