The elite Rapid Action Batalion (RAB) personnel Thursday arrested at least four alleged members of the banned militant organisation Jam’atul Mujahedin Bangladesh (JMB) from a Mirpur house in the city.
The RAB also seized huge explosives, including 10 grenades, a 10-kg bomb, bomb making materials, jehadi books and several other elements from their possession, RAB said.
The arrestees were identified as Mohammd Ishaq of Gopalganj, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam of Jamalpur, Khalilur Rahman of Rangpur and Mohammad Anis of Bogra. [Read more]
