From VOA Spanish: Mexican president open to talk with Trump but is willing to respond with tariffs

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum was quick to respond to the U.S. President-elect Donald Trump in a letter on Tuesday. She expressed her willingness to engage in dialogue with Trump but warned that if the new U.S. government imposes tariffs on Mexico, her administration will respond with a similar measure.
