Justice Anwarul Haque, Chairman of the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1, lost his battle with cancer as he breathed his last on Thursday. He was 61.
ICT Registrar Md Shahidul Alam Jhinuk said Justice Haque died at around 5.30pm at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.
Justice Haque left his wife, many relatives and well wishers to mourn his death, according to BSS.
