Washington DC Has First Marijuana Seed Exchange

It is now legal in Washington, D.C. for people 21 and older to possess marijuana for recreational use.
People are allowed to have a small amount of the drug, and to share it with others. But they can’t smoke it in public, or buy it or sell it. Washington residents are allowed to grow up to six plants for their personal use in their homes — so to help marijuana users grow their own plants, a local pro-cannabis group recently held two marijuana seed exchanges.
