Roadside Blast Kills 10 Civilians in S. Afghanistan

Authorities in southern Afghanistan say a roadside bomb has killed at least 10 civilians and wounded 12 others.

Kandahar province’s police chief Abdul Raziq said Monday’s blast killed mostly women and children. No one claimed responsibility.
