China is closing key accounts with North Korea’s main foreign exchange bank, the latest sign of China’s growing displeasure with Pyongyang.
The state-run Bank of China says it is halting all transactions and shutting down its account with North Korea’s Foreign Trade Bank. A Bank of China spokeswoman did not disclose additional details.
