Protesting garment workers took the streets of Dhaka Friday, to demonstrate against the country’s poor industrial safety standards, as the death toll from the collapse of a Bangladesh garment factory building climbed above 300.
Officials say the latest death toll stands at 304, with fears that the number could rise as emergency workers continue to dig through rubble of the eight-story building.
