U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says 11 nations supporting Syria’s opposition have agreed that all military and non-lethal aid for Syrian rebels should be coordinated with pro-Western rebel commander General Idriss.

Speaking at a news conference in Istanbul on Sunday, Kerry said the agreement was one of the most important made by the United States and the other 10 nations calling themselves “Friends of Syria” as they met in the Turkish city the day before.
