Mexico’s Calderon Hands Over Power to Pena Nieto

Outgoing Mexican President Felipe Calderon handed over power to President-elect Enrique Pena Nieto in a brief symbolic ceremony shortly after midnight Saturday in Mexico’s historic National Palace.
