The High Court has summoned the officer-in-charge of Sitakunda Police Station to explain the reason behind the delay in submitting the final investigation report (FIR) on the explosion at Chittagong ship-breaking yard.

The bench of justices A H M Shamsuddin Chowdhury and Sheikh Mohammad Zakir Hossain on Sunday passed the order asking Nur Mohammad to be present before it on Mar 6.
