Another case was filed yesterday by a local resident accusing several people for attacking his house during Rupganj violence last week.
No arrest has yet been made in this regard, police said.
However, it is the fifth case filed in connection with the clashes and violence that erupted in the Rupganj following land acquisition for the army housing scheme.
Earlier, four cases were filed by the Bangladesh Army, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), police and the family of Mostafa Jamal Haider on different dates. [Read More]
