At least 30 persons including job seekers were injured and an Army vehicle was set ablaze when the primary selected recruits aided by local youths locked in a clash with law enforcers at an Army recruiting camp at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Pratishtan (BKSP) compound in Ashulia on Monday.
According to the police, a large number of youth who did not succeed in the primary recruitment test gathered in the BKSP ground demanding for secondary selection in the Army under players’ quota.
It is learnt that the primary player selection test for 13 categories was held at the Army Stadium on Sep 21 last. [Read More]
