The new Chief Justice, ABM Khairul Haque, yesterday urged the Government to reprint the Constitution containing its original provisions as these were automatically reestablished with the Fifth Amendment verdict.
He said this at a reception in the Supreme Court after taking oath at a ceremony at Bangabhaban.
Expressing satisfaction over formation of special parliamentary committee on constitutional amendment, the CJ said all Articles except the basic features of the Constitution can be changed in parliament. [Read More]
