The tragic death of two siblings at Sadarghat terminal on Sunday morning manifested how unsafe is the main river port of the country in absence of strict enforcement of rules and negligence of the authorities concerned.
The 12-year-old girl Nasima and her nine-year-old brother Al Amin were killed when the country boat they were riding was pressed between to motor vessels at about 6. 30 AM.
