A Dhaka court has remanded ruling Awami League MP Nurunnabi Chowdhury Shaon’s driver Kamal Hossain alias Kala and personal secretary Sohel Ahmed for three days.
Judge Zulfikar Hayat of the Dhaka’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrates’ Court gave the approval on Monday based on a petition by the police’s Detective Branch (DB) for ten days.
They were arrested on Sunday under Section 54 for the mysterious death of the MP’s associate and Juba League leader Ibrahim Ahmed and were produced before the court on Monday noon. [Read More]
