Former president and Chairman of Jatiya Party Hussain Mohammad Ershad yesterday declined making any comment on the verdict of the High Court and said we respect the verdict and will make our views known after getting its details.
He said this at a discussion and Iftar Mahfil held in the auditorium of Diploma Engineers Institution. It was organised by the party’s Dhaka south unit. He, however, termed the verdict historic.
