Are not MPs who passed const amendments also accountable?

As High Court Division Bench of the Supreme Court yesterday declared the 7th amendment of the Constitution that legitimised the Martial Law proclamations and regulations of Gen. HM Ershad, constitutional experts in Dhaka wondered whether the Members of Parliament who passed the amendment should also not be accountable for the same.
The High Court decision on the 7th amendment came about seven months after the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court rejected a writ challenging a High Court Division Bench verdict that declared the 5th amendment illegal; and about a month after the Appellate Division gave some modification and observations retaining some important changes made through the same amendment.
