Bangladesh and the Netherlands are set to build a five-year strategic cooperation in the area of water security under which a range of partnership activities would be implemented.
In this regard, the two countries will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in October next, sources in the Ministry of Environment and Forests said here on Monday.
Under the programme both the delta countries with many similarities in the way they deal with water would exchange knowledge and experience on water issues, they said. [Read More]
