Int’l War Crimes Act ’73 blackest law: Nizami

None could prove jamaat leaders’ involvement in killing, raping, arson and looting during the War of Liberation. The International War Crimes (Tribunal) Act- 1973 is the blackest law in history, said Moulana Motiur Rahman Nizami, ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e- Islami in the city yesterday.
