The full fledged national executive committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), which was announced on Friday, appears to have been well planned aimed at unity among the experienced, dedicated, younger, loyal and so-called reformist leaders.
In a reaction to The New nation, BNP Standing Committee member Khandaker Moshharaf Hossain said the formation of the committee was the outcome of serious exercise of the party chief who was authorised in the recently held council session to choose her committee members including the National Executive Committee.
