The government has taken initiative to realise compensation from Hyundai Company, the designer and contractor of the Bangabandhu Jamuna Bridge following surfacing cracks in the biggest bridge of the country.
The Bridge Division of the Ministry of Communications has already taken approval from the Ministry of Law to file a case against the South Korean company. A case in this regard will be filed after receiving the opinion from the legal experts, according to a high official of the Ministry of Communications. [Read more]
