Commerce Minister at CPD dialogue: Govt to help boost garment export

Commerce Minister Mohammad Faruk Khan said yesterday that the country had an export target worth $ 223 million in Japanese markets in the next couple of years.
“The government would provide all kinds of necessary supports to boost the country’s exports,” he said as chief guest while speaking at a dialogue on ‘In Search of New Market, New Product and Bangladesh’s Apparels in Japan’ organised by the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) at CIRDAP auditorium in the capital.
