The registration for the DV-2011 (Diversity Visa) lottery for permanent resident card in the United States began yesterday.
Entries for the DV-2011 Diversity Visa lottery must be submitted electronically between noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), October 2, 2009, and noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5), November 30, 2009, sources said.
