Blake meets BNP chief Khaleda: BNP believes in strengthening ties with US

Opposition leader and BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia yesterday assured visiting US Assistant Secretary for South Asia and Central Asian Affairs Robert Blake that her party is committed to strengthening the existing excellent relations between Bangladesh and the United States.
She made the remarks when the senior State Department official met her at her Gulshan office in the evening, shortly after his arrival. [Read more]
