The investigation into the BDR mutiny at the Peelkhana headquarters by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has hit snag due to lack of experienced officers, modern equipment and technology, CID sources said.
These handicaps are standing in the way of smooth and speedy investigation into the mutiny at Peelkhana on February 25 and 26 which cost the lives of 88 people including 74 army officers, according to the sources.
The CID was supposed to submit the report of its findings in seven days which expires today. [Read more]
