EC appeal hearing continues 36 get new lease of life

As hearing appeals against cancellation of nomination continues, the Election Commission (EC) till evening yesterday overturned its decision on 36 previously cancelled nominations during the scrutiny, declaring the candidacies valid.
The total number of validated nominations reached to 40 till filing this report yesterday, as the Commission okayed as 30 nominations after the first day’s hearings on Saturday. [Read more]
