Awami League Central Working Committee (ALCWC) yesterday discussed the strategies of participation in elections of four city corporations and nine pourasabhas and dialogue with the government on July 3.
General Secretary of the party Syed Ashraful Islam disclosed this at a press briefing after a meeting of ALCWC at party’s Dhanmondi office with Presidium Member Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury in the chair.
He said the mayoral candidates for four city corporations would be finalized after discussion with the 14-party alliance. [Read more]
