Former US Ambassador to Bangladesh Patricia A Butenis, who arrived Dhaka on Thursday evening on a ‘private visit,’ had had lunch with the present US Ambassador James F Moriarty at his official residence at Baridhara yesterday.
Sources at the US Embassy in Dhaka told The New Nation last night that Geeta Pasi, Deputy Chief of US Mission in Bangladesh, also joined the lunch with Ms Butenis and Ambassador Moriarty.
