A court of Dhaka yesterday received First Information Report (FIR) in connection with a graft case against former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia’s younger son Arafat Rahman Koko and fixed May 25 for submission of the inquiry report.
Md Abu Sayeed, Deputy Director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) filed the case against Koko with Ramna Thana of the city under Sections 26(2) and 27(1) of the ACC Act, 2004 while Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Golam Rabbani Thursday passed the order to submit inquiry report.
