Awami League Sunday raised question about the efficiency of the incumbent caretaker government as they, of late, found this regime not serious about its responsibilities. The former ruling party also accused the government of adopting dillydallying tactics over the treatment of ailing party president Sheikh Hasina and demanded expediting her treatment process. They demanded the authority to form medical board for Sheikh Hasina combining her personal physicians and the doctors of the Square Hospital.
The demands came from a joint meeting of party’s presidium members and organizing secretaries at its Dhanmondi office. [Read more]
