Speakers at a roundtable yesterday urged the government to reduce quota in the BCS examinations to a rational level and ensure recruitment on the basis of merit for the sake of county’s development.

Alleging that people who got appointed in quota are incompetent and they are causing stalemate in the public administration, many of the speakers demanded total abolishment of the quota system. [Read more]
