Hectic lobbying on to send Hasina abroad: Personal physicians appeal to CA

Formal lobbying to send detained former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the USA for better treatment started yesterday with her personal physicians requesting Chief Adviser Dr Fakhruddin Ahmed, apparently with her consent, informed sources said.
Four personal physicians of Sheikh Hasina-Prof Syed Modasser Ali, Prof Pran Gopal Dutta, Prof Shaila Khatun and Prof ABM Abdullah-made the formal request in a joint application to the Chief Adviser. [Read more]
