Two children were killed and another was injured in wall collapse at Pashchim Rajabazar in the city on Thursday morning.
The deceased were identified as Imran, 6, son of Taslim Ahmed, and Sadekunnahar, 5, daughter of Emdadul Islam of the area while the injured is Lamya, 5.
Hospital sources said a dilapidated wall of Taslim Ahmed’s house collapsed on
the three children at about 7am while they were playing in the house, injuring them critically.
On - duty doctors of Dhaka Medical College Hospital declared Imran and Sadekunnahar dead when local people rushed the three minors to the hospital. [Read more]
