Inspector General of Police (IGP) Nur Mohammad on Friday claimed the law and order situation across the country improved this year compared to the previous years.
“Tendency of crime decreased compared to last year. Law and order situation is good,” he told reporters at the end of Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Police Cooperative Society Ltd at Rajarbagh Police Line Auditorium. “We are doing good thing but the mass people have to perceive it,” he said.
Replying to a question, the IGP said an excellent situation is prevailing in the country since the six top leaders of Islamic outfit JMB were executed. [Read more]
