European Commission (EC) will provide Bangladesh with a grant of Euro 14 million (US$ 20.07 million or Tk 139.10 crore) for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) project under the Ministry of Education.
A financing agreement in this regard was signed and exchanged between the Bangladesh government and the European Commission in ERD yesterday.
Secretary to the Economic Relations Division (ERD) Md Aminul Islam Bhuiyan and Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Commission Dr Stefan Frowein signed and exchanged the financing agreement on behalf of the Bangladesh government and the EC respectively. [Read more]
