A team of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI), led by its president Mir Nasir Hossain yesterday distributed relief goods at Kachua and Dublar Char upazilas of the Bagerhat district.
The FBCCI President requested the local traders not to profit high and sell essential items at the lowest possible prices. “It is not the time to make profit. Let us stand beside the destitute,” Mir Nasir told the business community.
Responding to the call of Mir Nasir the local business leaders vowed not to make profit as long as the crisis period is over, it is learnt. [Read more]
