Reform in NGOs to benefit poor

The Chief of the Regulatory Reforms Commission and former adviser to the Caretaker government Dr Akbar Ali Khan said Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) must go through massive reforms to benefit the poor.
“Micro credit is not the only remedy for poverty alleviation. An overall economic development is a must to eliminate poverty from the country,” he said.
