Bangladesh formally separates the Judicial from the Executive

Dr  Fakhruddin Ahmed announced the birth of the two separate magistracies–judicial and executive–as the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance came into effect yesterday by separating the judiciary from the executive.
