Around 60 students on the Dhaka University campus were injured while continuing the clash with police in a sequel to an incident that happened on Monday.
The daylong clash between the students and the police took place at the Nilkhet intersection near the campus.
Outsiders and political activists took part in the yesterday’s clash while general students protested the agitation in silence as their demand was fulfilled, witnessed said.
When asked, Sohel who came from Noapara Char along with 30 persons and participated in the clash said that they came to show solidarity with the students. [Read more]
