As the number of diarrhoea cases in the city has been rising constantly, the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR,B) now faces growing difficulty to cope with so many patients at its Dhaka Hospital, popularly known as Cholera Hospital.
The ICCDR,B now needs generous financial support of the donor countries and agencies, the Bangladesh government and affluent section of the society to provide treatment to so many diarrhoea patients throughout the year. [Read more]
