At least two employees of a residential hotel in the old part of the city were killed and its manager received serious injuries when an armed gang opened fire on them yesterday morning.
The deceased employees are hotel boy Mohammad Manik, 30, of Noapur village and cleaner Amir Hossain, 32, of Hamsadi village under Sonargaon upazila in Narayanganj district
Besides, the injured hotel manager was identified as Mohammad Sarafat Ali, 35, son of Rafiqul Islam of Kuripara village under Bandar thana in Narayanganj district He is the Manager of Swagotam International Hotel located at 10-Abdul Hamid Lane in Fulbaria under Kotwali thana. [Read more]
