Chief of Army Staff General Moeen U Ahmed has said it is not the time to do party politics, rather it is the time to stand beside the flood-affected people.
“Now, politics should aim at helping flood affected people,” he told reporters while visiting the flood affected people at Amulia in Demra, situated at the eastern outskirts of the capital, yesterday morning.
The Army Chief visited the houses of flood-affected people at Amulia area and handed relief goods to 60 distressed families. He also inquired about their condition and heard them with patience. [Read more]
