The Dhaka University authority has set up a central relief camp on the campus where hundreds of students belonging to different student organisations are preparing various relief items including saline for the flood affected people.
The students are also collecting chira, gur, rice and other dry foods.
It may be mentioned that the police has barred the students from collecting money from general students on the campus on Tuesday. Students meanwhile did not take the decision easily. [Read more]
